A discount didn't work at the shop.
Please tell us — this matters to us more than anything else in the app. We check every offer before publishing it and remove it the moment it stops being live, but shops do change their minds without notice. On any deal page there is a “Report — fake or ended?” button, or you can email us the shop name. We take the offer down the same day.
Why can't I see certain salons or gyms?
Many salons and gyms in the UAE are single-gender. Showing everyone both sets would fill your home screen with places you can't actually visit, so we match listings to the gender you chose when you signed in. You can change it any time from your profile. Nothing else in the app is filtered.
My sign-in code never arrived.
Check your spam folder first. Codes expire after 10 minutes, so if it's been longer, request a new one. Still nothing — email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I delete my account?
Open Saved, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your saved places and your votes. It cannot be undone, and we don't keep a copy.
A shop is missing, closed, or listed wrongly.
Use Suggest a place in the app, or email us. We list real businesses in Al Ain only — physical shops you can actually walk into.
Can my business pay to appear higher?
No. Nothing in the ranking is for sale, and it never will be. Places are ordered by rating and by what people here actually vote for. That's the whole point of the app.
See our Privacy Policy. In short: we store your email, your saved places and your votes. We don't sell your data, we don't track you across other apps, and your location never leaves your phone.
